ARVInn: Residents--Jacob Schieffer, High Finance

Jacob Shieffer (12/2008) overcame a considerable loss in adjusting to his ARV-Adult status.  He was a well-known financial consultant on Wall Street at the time, but was pushed out of the company at a significant cost.

His wife also ended their marriage of 32 years, taking most of what was left.  He came to ARVInn in 2065 with little, but has made use of his talents to re-establish a financial consulting practice and to become one of the ARVInn Foundation’s financial advisors. 

Today, he oversees a significant portfolio and manages to do so with plenty of time to relax and enjoy himself.  He bounced at age 12 and determined to enjoy every minute of it.  His primary means of relaxation is the several trips he takes each year around the country.  He has even served as tour guide for groups of ARVInn residents on trips as long as two weeks.
