Tales from the
ARVInn: AR-Adult Certification Card
With the passage of the ARV Act of 2062, a program was
established to provide certified identification for all those affected by the
condition. A photographic identification
card is provided to each person, which includes the latest in secure
technologies, including imbedded colors, a registration number, RFID7 and
Cyber3 chip.
These cards are traceable by their owners, using online
apps, and may not be accessed by any other authority without a special warrant
approved by a federal district court.
Possession of a counterfeit card or the use of a legitimate card by a
non-owner are federal offenses and also state-level infractions in most
jurisdictions.
Distribution of the cards began in mid-2062 and was 95+%
completed within the first year, confirming the need for them. The issuing authority is the Office of Age
Regression Victim Support within the US Department of Health and Human
Services. Applications are available through any US Postal Authority station
and USPA.gov.
The cards are supported by a secure database maintained by
DHHS. It is linked to birth records in
the local jurisdictions which have legal custody of them. This varies from state to state, but is
usually at the county/parish level.
Funding for the local connections was provided in the ARV Act as well.
