Chapter Description: Ugh how am I supposed to sleep with a six year old in my bed.
Later that night....
"Ugh...." Jeremy thought as he was laying next to Stacey. She was already sound asleep rolled over facing him. Or so he thought. "Jeremy, sorry... sorry for causing all this trouble for you. Just please don’t hate me." "I don’t... I don’t hate you." He said. "Thanks." She said and she drifted back to sleep. How in the hell was he supposed to sleep. He felt very uncomfortable. He had no physical attraction to her anymore but still loved her soul. He had such mixed feelings. Was she still his girlfriend, Stacey or Stacey, Jeremy’s little sis. He just finished his confusion off with a glance at the girl lying next to him and said "Pfft who knows?"
Jeremy woke up and just as he was about to tap stacey’s shoulder he realized she was gone. "Stacey where did you go! Not again. Where are you!?" He ran from his room to the couch and from the couch to the bathroom and stopped at the kitchen to find her at the stove fixing breakfast with Ashley. He smirked ,hiding his emberassment. "Well ain’t that just too nice. You two ladies’r cooking for me." Ashley said. "Yea and she gets to wear this cute apron my mom gave me when I was a kid." "Not another word." Stacey said glaring at Ashley.
Dispite Ashley not being the sharpest tool in the shed and Stacey losing a few feet, they were really getting things done. They had prepared a feast. Jeremy knew it was going to be a good Saturday. "Hey Stacey you want to see a movie?" Stacey, looking kind of akwardly at him, said. "What like a date?" Jeremy said "Well.... uhh no I guess we don’t uhh.. *cough* ... Hmmm." "Yes I’ll go." Said Stacey.
A Few hours later they went to go see the movie "Taken". As they were watching Stacey had another flashback. She was standing by the front of the school and a little girl in a white dress said "Hey miss could you help me find my dolly." She said "Okay little girl where did you have it last?" The little girl just kept walking. Then sped up to a slow jog. "Right over here!" She turned a corner and a black van was there and several people in white coats grabbed her and put a bag over her head. Then she came too and she was sweating and breathing heavily. "Something wrong, Stacey?" Jeremy said. She said "Uhh I’m fine."
After the movie they were chatting on the ride home and she kept thinking about that girl and those white coated men. Jeremy said. "Hey wanna grab a bite to eat?" "Uhh sure." She said. "BWW sound good?" Not really paying attention, she said. "Yea that’s fine." (Note: BWW is Buffalo Wild Wings Bar and Grill.) "We can’t go there. Where’s your head tonight Stacey?" She said "I’m sorry I’ve got alot on my mind, really I’m fine though, honest." "Well what then? Where do you feel like eating at?" He said. "How about... Pizza" She said. "Pizza Hut it is." He said.
After they got home Stacey said "Whew I’m beat." Jeremy said "Hey well Ashley’s gone so ill take the couch." Stacey said. "Don’t worry about it. Ill take the couch." They went into this little no you, no you, no I insist you thing for a while. But eventually Stacey got the couch.
Next morning when Jeremy awoke he found Stacey beside him in the bed. "Hey Stacey I thought you were sleeping on the couch?" "No... no.... I won’t go with you. Get your hands off ... me." She mumbled in her sleep. "Oh I see what happened." He said, feeling a strange feeling of delight that she would go to him when feeling scared. Well a little bit later shee woke up to find Jeremy watching TV beside her. "Hey sunshine you have a good sleep last night?" "Oh sorry. I really didn’t mean too." She said. "Don’t worry about it. We all get scared rom time to time and with what you went through, its normal. You can uhh sleep with me if you can’t resist me that badly. Uhh that last part was a joke." Stacey just giggled a bit and said "Thanks."
