Epilogue

Chapter Description: A brief follow-up to the end of the story.

~~2 months later~~

Purity awoke to the sound of crying, as she had been for the last couple of months. People were already talking about she and Riley’s secret marraige, and their two twin girls, clearly born recently. To everybody, it seemed clear that the two had bonded even more after her daughter and his son had been killed in a car accident while visiting friends in the country. Luckily, Purity’s strict Catholic image wasn’t tarnished by having two young babies when they had only just had a ceremony 2 months ago, as Purity had produced a license dated almost a year ago. Apparently the day of their children’s death had been when they planned to tell Stephanie, James, and Dannie about their marraige. Despite the deaths, the pair had pressed on and grown closer than ever.

"Dannie, sweetheart, could you help me change the twins?" Dannie was up a couple of minutes later, still yawning. Stretching her arms, she said sleepily, "Man, 5 o’clock every morning. It’s like, well... clockwork. Could you pass me the powder Mom?" Dannie, despite Purity becoming her step-mother very recently, had already gotten used to calling her Mom. She had always loved Purity almost as much as she had her own mother, which was the second reason she agreed to the regression plan. Untaping her former brother’s diaper, she was met by a wave of stench. Waving her hand in front of her nose, she chuckled, "Guess Jamie messed too! Isn’t that cute?" Sliding the diaper out from under her, she worked in unison with Purity as she expertly changed the former Stephanie, her name now changed to Amy to avoid suspicion. At the moment, it didn’t seem as though either of them remembered anything from the incident, although Dannie had bet Purity a year of dish duty that Jamie would turn out a lesbian. And although it had been tricky to make it work at first, Amy was beginning to grow used to being only 6 months old as opposed to her previous 2 years.

"You can go ahead Mom, I’ll finish up." Purity turned to meet Riley at the door, who immediately begin to kiss, only to be interrupted by, "Uh, guys? Still here?" Their lips still locked, the pair walked slowly out the door. Just as they were gone, Dannie taped Amy’s diaper closed. Grinning, she allowed herself to form a small magic light. Her powers had started to activate after being in the prescense of so much magic, even though she already had witch powers within her. As she opened the door to head back to her room, Dannie called back softly, "Don’t worry you two! Wait for what I’ve got planned for Mom and Dad next summer vacation!" With that, she closed the door behind her, leaving two babies in their crib: or at least, babies for now.
